Eloquent, Effective E-mail Etiquette
When is an e-mail like a letter? When you send it! Too many people present an unprofessional, unpolished image when they write e-mail. This workshop will address the do’s (always sign your name, use complete sentences) and don’t's (don’t send attachments, avoid using smileys in professional e-mail) of corresponding by e-mail, and tips on using e-mail as a networking tool without spamming.

Establishing a presence on the web is an important step for authors of all level – even if you’re unpublished! This workshop leads you throug the basics of establishing your presence on the web, including: choosing a domain name, finding a webhost, self-design vs. professional designer, and much more.
Submitting Articles for the Web
The web is a great place to start or further your writing career! In this workshop, you’ll learn about what to write for the web, where to look for publication opportunities, how to format your articles for submission, and how to use a resource box to promote yourself and your work.
